Anyone who contacts Goingdelivered Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can reach out about any of these:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Write down what was said and keep your notes.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Goingdelivered Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will send you what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
